Terms & Condition

1. Approximate charges are only based on initial inspection. If during the process of service, additional spares are found necessary; those would be communicated to the customer for approval and would be charged extra.

2. Repair of the machine is subject to availability of spares, if the equipment cannot be repaired due to unavailability of spares, the machine would be returned to the customer (if taken to the workshop) and inspection charges would be charged.

3. 90 days warranty is valid only on spare parts being replaced/repaired mentioned in the invoice. Any other damages arising except for the above mentioned spares replaced/repaired would not be covered under warranty. Plastic item is not covered under warranty.

4. Joy Enterprise would not be responsible for any physical damages or missing parts that are brought to notice after the machine is repaired/delivered.

5. If the job ends with a visiting charge or only service charge then, validity of  visiting charge/service charge is 7 days, from the date mentioned above

of this invoice.
